General Terms
By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
1. General
- We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order.
- We will only use the information to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
- We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered.
2. Services
- We are not responsible if your account gets suspended for any reason.
- DO NOT place two orders for the same link at the same time. Wait for the first one to complete.
- If you change your account to private mode during an order, we will not refund it.
Refund Policy
1. No Refunds to Bank
- No refunds will be made to your payment method (Bank/UPI/Card). After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from our panel.
- You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
2. Order Refunds
- If an order cannot be delivered (e.g., server issue), we will refund the amount to your SMM Panel account balance.
- Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection
- We take your privacy seriously. We only collect user data (Username, WhatsApp Number, Email) required for registration and order processing.
- We use industry-standard encryption to protect your password and personal details.
Cookies
- We use cookies solely for session management (keeping you logged in). No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
